Background: Troy is a talented engineer with over 8 years of experience that covers many areas of technology.  His wide range of knowledge and understanding of business operations adds great strength when connecting with the needs of our clients.

In 2003 Troy co-founded Dr PC Fix.  The company provided face time with hundreds of small business owners each year and provided invaluable experience that allowed him to understand many verticals.  Dr PC Fix is a premier local PC and network repair shop located in Kirkland, WA.

Mr Anderson's experience also includes his role as IT manager at one of the nation's largest MVNE's.  He was tasked with taking a 30 user workgroup and creating a stable LAN.  In a few months he was able to implement backup infrastructure, load balancing and failover, web servers, content filters, and many security measures that lead up to PCI compliance.

Desiree Salgado

Background: Desiree is a successful entrepreneur having started a company in 2001 that eventually enabled her to retire from the investments.  She loves business development and is extremely active in many types of business.

Mrs. Salgado has held both strategic and operational roles in previous companies, as well as in the entrepreneurial business environment.  Her expertise in managing the companies pipeline, portfolio, and strategic resource planning effort will be critical to the company's overall sauces.

She is fluent in Spanish and is active in her community by both helping individuals and being an active member of Rotary International.  

Kianoush Moradian

Background:  Kianoush is a Network Specialist with 8+ years experience in network support, network design and project management. Kianoush has his BS in computer hardware engineering.

In 2001 Mr. Moradian Started his professional career at “System Group” company as an administrator and was quickly promoted to network project manager. His resume includes many enterprise projects with over 2000+ network nodes. As a network design manager he lead major network infrastructure projects for Cisco and 3Com active devices with Fiber optic backbones. Kianoush has also managed System Group’s network department for three years as well as RFID access control project manager .

In 2004 Kianoush established the Tavana Network company and worked as managing director for four years. During his tenure Kianoush has published many articles outlining general concepts of IT and technologies.

He is certificated in Cisco CCNA , BS7799 data security standards and also passed network infra structure courses in Brand-rex and Molex Companies.

Jeremy Sands

Background: Jeremy is a results-focused Marketing and Business leader with 10+ years experience in sales, product development, product marketing and corporate marketing. Strategic and creative thinker with a passion for sales, communications and efficiency.

In 1999, Mr. Sands co-founded Flat Spin Media, LLC, a company that focuses on creative digital marketing and shaped CD’s. Mr. Sands possesses strong talent and experience in video/audio production as well as multimedia design and management. His expertise in production, operations and management has allowed him to grasp and expound upon the great potential of digital marketing. His diverse background, coupled with his deep domain experience in sales and marketing provided a powerful combination in the ultimate success of Flat Spin Media.  In 2001, Flat Spin Media was acquired by Unified Signal.

In 2002 Mr. Sands co-founded telSPACE which has become one of the nations largest Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNE) providing wireless services to thousands of customers nationwide. As VP of Marketing, Mr. Sands was in charge of marketing strategies, product development, and due to his efforts landed very large channel opportunities which helped the company reach it's strategic goals.
