FreeNAS 0.7 VMware ESX Virtual Machine

In case anyone else wants to play around with FreeNAS, I'm putting up an OVF file here that you can use to one click import the basic installation to your ESXi server.

This is the default install, 1GB primary disk, and 3 extra blank 8GB thin spare disks to play around with.

We are testing this out now as an iSCSI target for ESXi actually.  More to come with results..

Right Click HERE - Copy Link Location, and paste into vSphere in the import OVF.  It will download the virtual disks from us here.
