We keep a live and ready workstation on-hand for overnight delivery in the event a machine fails.

 

altMost GOOD hardware warranties will include replacement or on-site service, ours is a big step better.  We keep a workstation preconfigured for your network on a shelf in a box ready to be overnighted to your location.

 If we determine that there is a hardware problem we will overnight or hand deliver the replacement and take care of whatever is ailing your failed machine.

This saves hours for the end user and the IT staff because we don't have to start a new workstation from scratch as it's delivered 2 days later from the manufacter.

What This MeansA hot-standby workstation is defined by us as having a machine ready on our shelf that will function instantly as a replacement to most workstations in your organization.  This means if you have a very specialized workstation our hot-standby may not be a drop-in replacement, but for the majority of issues this system will stand in and do the job until the replaced machine can be repaired or permanantly replaced. 

You can borrow the hot-standby workstation for up to 3 weeks or we will invoice for the price to replace.
