Trouble tickets are used to be sure no issue sits too long, or goes unresolved.

 

altWe have a trouble ticket system to give you a full blown help desk.  This ticket system is staffed 24/7 and most of our packages include a guaranteed response time.

 When a ticket is created the submitter and our staff are all notified by email that the issue was recieved.  A technician will work the ticket and respond with notes as soon as something changes.

If the issue needs engineering or must wait for some reason the submitter is notified and can track the progress at any time via our web portal.

The Gold package includes as many tickets as you have machines under management, the Platinum packages includes unlimited support requests.
