Of course the number 1 question we get is about hosting Email off-premises, so here is a quick breakdown of some of the service providers out there:

* Google uses an Outlook plugin and only gives you a limited sync tool, that requires sync tool running on your PC

** Extra costs involved - Rackspace charges $10/3GB of shared storage per month - don't bother with godaddy

*** We can do unlimited complexity on the server or Outlook for a robust mail implementation, including an on-premises server attached to our cloud server
